Data controller

Data we collect

Availability requests: name, email, phone, date and guests. Interested companies: professional contact details. AI chat: the messages you write are processed to answer you. Company portals: log of accesses and of contract signing (date, time and IP).

Purpose

To manage your request and forward it to the recipient boat company, which is the one that confirms, contracts and charges. To handle enquiries and complaints. To manage the relationship with partner companies.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and pre-contractual measures to manage your request. Legitimate interest for the security and improvement of the service.

Recipients and international transfers

The boat company your request is addressed to. The chat assistant uses OpenAI (USA) as data processor, under EU standard contractual clauses. Cloud infrastructure with equivalent safeguards. We never sell data to third parties.

Retention

Requests: for the duration of the management and the legal liability periods. Complaints and contract records: according to commercial and tax obligations.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info.kaelboats@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
